PErsonally I would recommend to take a course in CIPET / CITD or better take a train to Ameerpet, Hyderabad and do these courses for 1/5th of the fee

CADD Centre is a mediocre institute charging Heavy fees. But the curse of Tamil Nadu is that they are better than other ones due to paucity if institutes.
